What happened Shane?

I realized recently that I had done a pretty good job of removing any old references to myself pre-transition from the Internet. If you did did some searching you'd find my old GitHub account and a newspaper article from Langley when I completed my Auxiliary training with the RCMP there. I decided I might have the odd person from my past who might search and want to reach out. I'd be happy to connect with anyone, but you wouldn't find me using my dead name so the question is what to do.

Hence this page and a little catch up on my life. I had known I was transgender since elementary school, shoutout to Discovery Elementary in Surrey, BC. Anyways I continued to struggle with my identity I had seriously considered coming out and transitioning around 21 but I was still to scared. Fast forward a decade later, I realized that I couldn't run away and suppress my gender identity anymore. In 2016 I came out started taking HRT and transitioned to living my life as the trans woman I am.
